ALD Veterinary Consulting was founded by Amanda L. Donnelly, DVM, MBA to provide individualized veterinary practice management solutions for both companion animal practices and specialty and emergency referral practices.

We do this by coaching owners and managers to become more effective leaders and by working with veterinary practice teams to achieve excellence in the areas of financial management, human resource management, client service and marketing, employee development and teamwork.
